Adds previous and next arrows before and after the page #'s for each topic.
Just another way to navigate through topic pages that people may be more familiar with. Clicking on the right arrow takes you to the next page, clicking on the left arrow takes you to the previous page within that topic.
For Example: Pages: << 1 ... 3 4 [5] 6 7 >>
