Permission to Edit Display Name.

This modification creates a permission for member groups to change there display name. Admins can enable the permission for a specific group from

Administration Center >> Permissions >> General Permissions >> Select group >> Allowed to Edit Display Names.


After installing this mod, by default this permission is disbaled for all groups (Except admins as they are supermans ).
