This Mod give the Admin the ability to use different descriptions and names for different languages on a board. Most time Boards with multiple language could find this usefull. The mod can also store the array for the languages into a file and load it over the file, it's useful on boards with many boards and many users 
. (For this the file should be writable!).
Follow Languages are included:
English (utf8), Português (utf8) (Portuguese) and Deutsch (utf8) (German)
