This fix is for the captcha audio popup window. It has a problem of the background color being too dark or light for the text. It fixes the same problem for the help popup dialogs as well. This puts a div arround the captcha audio text and help text that uses the background color from a theme's "windowbg2" class to ensure that the text is visible. This fix also places a div with a white background around the captcha images so that there is white behind them no matter what the color is on your theme. Dark themes have the problem of making the captcha images very hard to read.
