Topic Locked Message v2.2
This modification creates a post automatically when the topic is locked like move topic action.

Description:
This mod adds a message to locked topics. When you click the Lock Topic tab, you then see a window asking whether to post a reason and what it shall be. The reason is simply a post added to the topic.
You also have the option to remove the reason upon unlocking.
It should work on any theme that uses the same base Profile template as the SMF core theme, for anything else you may have to do a theme edit, but it is a very small edit in the profile itself.
