Description
Limits the number of posts members of a user group can make.  If a user attempts to reply to a (or create a new) topic and they are a member of a group that the post limit applies to then they will see an error page (customisable message).

One use for this mod could be to limit the number of posts that registered members can make on a paid subscription forum (select all paid subscription groupa in Groups that the limit does NOT apply to).

Admin Settings:

• Maximum posts allowed.
• Groups that the post limit does NOT apply to.
• Message to display when a member reaches the post limit
