Following on from a topic started by shawnb61 this mod creates the board permissions 'Always Delete Own Posts' and 'Always Modify Own Posts' to enable users to always delete/modify their own posts even if the 'Administration Center' -> 'Posts and Topics' -> 'Post Settings' -> 'Maximum time after posting to allow edit' setting has a non-zero value.

As with other board permissions these permissions can be enabled for all boards via the 'Default' board permission profile or they can enabled/disabled for individual boards using custom board permission profiles.

Notes about the 'Maximum time after posting to allow edit' setting having a value greater than 0:
1. If a user has the permission 'Delete Posts' -> 'Own' they will not be able to delete their own posts after the edit time limit has passed;
2. If a user has the permission 'Modify Posts' -> 'Own' they will not be able to modify their own posts after the edit time limit has passed;
3. If a user has the permission 'Delete Posts' -> 'Any' they will always be able to delete their own posts after the edit time limit has passed;
4. If a user has the permission 'Modify Posts' -> 'Any' they will always be able to modify their own posts after the edit time limit has passed; and
5. If a user has the permission 'Remove Topics' -> 'Own' they will always be able to remove their own topics after the edit time limit has passed.
