Send alert/email notifications when a member changes their email address and/or reactivates their account after changing their email address.  Alerts/emails are sent to members who also receive notifications when a new person registers.

Note: When a member changes their email address the alert/email notification includes both their old and their new email address.

Mod settings are in Administration Center > Server Settings > Security
